Hello everyone - my first time here :) I have Microsoft Office365 legitimately shared with me (via a link) from my son-in-law who has a subscription. I've had it on my PC for about 7 weeks and only been using Word which has been working fine. However, about 3 days ago I couldn't open any of my documents or Word itself - at least, not properly.

Hello, I had to reinstall Office 2013 recently and can no longer copy and paste pictures into Word documents. The text and paragraph formatting paste find but it's missing the images I tried to import in it.

Word 2019 can't move a text box. I have updated from Word 2007. In Word 2019 I can't move a text box. The box is locked to this symbol which will not let it move. I don't know the name of the symbol and Google Lens did not identify it, so I don't know how to search for it.

Word opening files as Document1, Document2 If I double-click on a Word file from Explorer, Word opens, but instead of opening the actual file for viewing or editing, it opens multiple copies, and they're named Document1, Document2, etc. If I right-click on the file and pick "open" then the file will properly - that file, that name.
